Installation :

1. Open the .rar 
2. Put the "textures" folder inside your Data folder, which is located at : Steam > Steamapps > common > Skyrim

--> alternatively you can of course use NMM, which is recommended

Deinstallation :

In case you didn't use NMM go to your Data folder, then Textures -> actors -> dragon : and delete the : dragonlod.dds dragon_swamp_lod.dds dragon_swamp.dds dragon_snow.dds dragon_boss.dds dragon.dds
