Well,this is actualy just simple trick by console - tilde ~

Use is very simple,type this,copy the file removedesintegrate to Skyrim/Data folder
[on steam i think bin/data not sure]
and optional file adddesintegrate 
Sugesting made Save before doing this and also after using it for avoid unexpected.
This commands not changing game files or save`s.
Use this only if you are sure you want to doit.
You can always doit manualy and type comands,this is just faster.


Effect:

 bat removedesintegrate  - if you feel,this perk might broke your gameplay,
                           and also you want prevent desintegration to ash
                           the specific npc,and also block option to resurect
                           target if needed.


 bat adddesintegration   - this is just optional file,if you feel you want it back.
