This folder should contain:

The Normal Tools Users Guide
Links.txt
DrPrepper.dll
Normalizer.dll
BumpChecker.dll
This txt file

The three .dll files are the tools.  
They are for use with the Paint.NET
graphics editing program.

The users guide contains links to all 
the stuff you might need to make 
use of these tools.

The users guide contains instructions
for installing the tools into paint.NET
as well.

If your PDF reader can't handle active 
web links  The Links.txt file has all the
same links for you.  Just cut and paste
them into the browser bar of your 
internet browser. (internet service may
be required for some functionality)
