Welcome to Ostov the follower
Here are some instructions to download manualy 
1. go to Steam
2. go to SteamApps
3. go to Common
4. go to skyrim
5. go to Data
6. place Ostov.esp into Data
7. Have fun

Dont know where to find Ostov?
Ostov is located in whiterun, You can find him sitting on a bench to the right of Heiskr just by the talos statue

Having Problems?
Go to the Ostov nexus page and click on the tab which says discussion and post what you whant to say.
I check the discussion tab on a daily basis.
