Immersive Weapons is a great mod, don't get me wrong. But some of the weapons on it look ugly, weird or downright ridiculous (I'm looking at you, Splitter). This aims to fix that by replacing them with better weapons. This mod is just for my personal taste, I mean no offense to the original creators of those weapons.


Requires installing Immersive Weapons (obviously) and needs ImmersiveWeapons.esp

Installation:

1. Download BSA Browser if you don't have it.
2. Download JaySuS Swords,Insanitysorrow's Thegn, kimono's Witcher Silver Sword, EcthelionOtW's Hadhafang, OutbreakDV's The Chieftain (1h and 2h), and MAIBATSU's Brug Hild Short Sword manually or with NMM.
3. Extract every Meshes and Textures folders and the BSA files in a new folder called "IWR", except The Chieftain Two Handed. Extract that file separately in a folder called "IWR2".
4. Go to IWR2/Meshes/OutbreakDV and rename the folder "The Chieftain" as "The Chieftain2H". Then go to IWR2/Textures/OutbreakDV and do the same.
5. Copy the contents of the IWR2 folder into the IWR folder.
6. Open Jswords.bsa with BSA Browser, select everything, then go to Action>Extract
7. Open The Thegn.bsa with BSA Browser, select everything, then go to Action>Extract
8. Copy just the Meshes and Textures folders in the IWR folder (you don't need the .esps) and paste them in your Skyrim Data folder.
9. Install Immersive Weapons Replacer by NMM (or by pasting its contents in your Data folder and then activating IWReplacer.esp)
10. Enjoy!
