Step 1:
Extract Data into you Skyrim folder.
Usually there: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data"
Note: This shouldn't overwrite any file.

Step 2 (optionnal but strongly recommanded, otherwise you'll get warning messages):
In Game, open Sky UI configuration, go to advanced, then uncheck the file version verifications.


-- Uninstall --
Delete the following files:
Skyrim\Data\interface\bartermenu.swf
Skyrim\Data\interface\inventorymenu.swf
Skyrim\Data\skyui\inventorylists.swf
Skyrim\Data\SKSE\Plugins\junk_serialization.dll


Requirements:
- SkyUI: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3863/?
- SKSE: http://skse.silverlock.org/


Load Order:
Auto Sell Junk should be loaded after SkyUI, as it adds a new button in your inventory and in merchants' screens.
