I'm not the Author of this mod, who gave free permission to player/modder community to use his assets.
But I have enhanced it, fixing several bugs. Now It should work as originally intended.

1) DESCRIPTION
Populated Skyrim Prisons Cells (PSPC) fixes and enhances the original masterpiece of Erkeil Team RS.
All "bully" and "strange person" NPCs have been fixed, so that their loots. Now the mod should work as originally intended... and going into cell or prison may really reserve you some surprise.
PSPC should be 1oo% compatible with most of your mods (and, sure, USKP and USLEEP too).

2) SPECIFICS
PLRPR populates a bit the prisons of cities and towns in Skyrim. With some surprises…

3) COMPATIBILITY
Load the mod on the very top of your load order. It should be compatible with all other mods.

4) REQUIREMENTS
Nothing.

5) INSTALL WITH MOD ORGANIZER?
In MO/settings/plugins/fomod, set prefer to ‘false’ instead of true. It will run the external installer and so It works.

6) CREDITS
Erkeil Team RS did this mod (you find him on google). Thanks for giving permission to player/modder community to use freely this masterpiece.
