USKRP Crash on Startup Fix

DESCRIPTION:
A very small fix for those who using USKRP 2.5.2.* and experience impermanent crashes on startup.
I did some investigations and it looks like this bug is caused by wrong "Perk condition tab count" value in "Blade Barrier" perk modified effects (on screenshot).
It completely heal this nasty bug for me, so it COULD help you.

REQUIREMENTS:
- T3nd0s Skyrim Redone 1.3.01 by T3nd0s
- Unofficial Skyrim Redone Patch 2.5.2.2 (from SkyRe Compatibility and ReProccer Patches by Xathra).

INSTALLATION:
- Download "USKRP CoS Fix PF.7z"
- Unpack the archive.
- Drop SkyRe_USKRP_BB_fix.esp in the same folder where SkyRe_Main.esp is.
- Activate it via Skyrim Launcher or any other mod manager.

- Unpack the archive.
- Drop SkyRe_USKRP_BB_fix.esp in the same folder where SkyRe_Main.esp is.
- Activate it via Skyrim Launcher or any other mod manager.
