1) DESCRIPTION
Supreme Harkon Reborn is a standalone part of ERSO, who aims to enhance Harkon to give you a real tough opponent to defeat.

In the installer you will find 5 different level of difficulty to choose:

OPTION NORMAL:
LEVEL = 90
HEALTH = 2950
MAGICKA = 1550
STAMINA = 1350
He uses ALL the perks that may use
100% resist poison; 100% resist disease
all vanilla powers/weaknesses
all vanilla spells plus FrostCloak; Blizzard and wall of frost
250 bonus to armor

OPTION SUPER:
LEVEL = 100
HEALTH = 4000
MAGICKA = 2500
STAMINA = 1500
He uses ALL the perks that may use
25% resist magic; 100% resist poison; 100% resist disease
all vanilla powers/weaknesses
all vanilla spells plus FrostCloak; Blizzard; Icy Spear and wall of frost
300 bonus to armor

OPTION EXTREME:
LEVEL = 100
HEALTH = 4000
MAGICKA = 2500
STAMINA = 1500
He uses ALL the perks that may use
50% resist magic; 100% resist poison; 100% resist disease
all vanilla powers/weaknesses
all vanilla spells plus FrostCloak; Blizzard; Icy Spear and wall of frost
400 bonus to armor

2) COMPATIBILITY
It's incompatible only with mods that change Harkon NPC.

4) INSTALL WITH MOD ORGANIZER?
(ONLY) if you have trouble try these steps:
In MO/settings/plugins/fomod, set prefer to ‘false’ instead of true. It will run the external installer and so It should works.
