This is a sound mod that replaces the low-health heartbeat sound effect with a rhythmic blood-rushing sound.

INSTALLATION
Use a mod manager for quick install, or manually extract the archive's contents (a "sound" folder) to \Skyrim\Data.

CONTENTS
\sound\fx\ui\health\heartbeat\ui_health_heartbeat_a_lp.wav
\sound\fx\ui\health\heartbeat\ui_health_heartbeat_b_lp.wav

UNINSTALL
Delete the sound files listed above. This should be completely harmless to your game, unless Bugthesda somehow managed to screw up the game's resource management.

You may not redistribute these sounds and use them for your own profit without compensation for my efforts. Audio engineering isn't easy, and making just these two sounds took hours.
