How to install:

1. Open your Skyrim folder
Non-steam users I can't help you here, you'll have to find it yourself

[STEAM]
36bit C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\data 

64bit C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\data

2. Open your "Data" file

3.Drag and drop "LightningStormNoAshePile.esp" to "Data" file 
(if a message pops up click continue)

4. Launch "SkyrimLauncher" and press "Data Files". Make sure
"LightningStormNoAshePile.esp" is checked
