After you install it, go to the folder where you installed Skyrim example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\ Skyrim\Data\meshes\Interface\logo\.. and rename one and only one of these files, LogoAmanda, LogoGlorya, LogoUlma, LogoSighney, LogoMorena, LogoShamana in "logo.nif" in the home screen and you will have the warrior of your choice.

The mesh will be loaded while traveling from one city to another with a high percentage of visualization.

 Glorya: Solitude - Riften Location
 Amanda: Whiterun - Winterhold - Dawnstar location
 Sighney: Windhelm - Whiterun - Dawnstar location
 Morena: Markarat - Dawnstar - Riften Location

They will however also be loaded on other occasions but with low percentages.
