Install:

      Place the "Broken Shard Glacier.esp" into the data fold in your Skyrim directory Which can located at C:\Steam\Steamapps\Common\skyrim\Data


Uninstal:

     Delete the "Broken Shard Glacier.esp" from your Skyrim Data Folder
