Just a simple patch I threw together for my own personal use
and I thought I'd share it.

What this patch does- 
Instead of gaining Thunderchilds Phantom Decoy from
the "Acolyte of the Voice" quest, you'll now gain it
from the Word Walls on Wyrmstooth, in place of the
shout that Wyrmstooth orginally had.

I've tested all 3 walls and the shout itself,
and it worked just fine for me.
