copy "Ryume The Beauty Dragon.jslot" to "c:/program files/The Elder Scroll V Skyrim/Data/SKSE/Plugins/CharGen/Presets"

and how to load the preset???
-start the game
-open command console and type "showracemenu" without this " symbol
-and press F9 in the Preset menu
-Click "Ryume The Beauty Dragon.jslot" and accept
Done!!!
