It's extremely easy to install:

1.Drop the .txt files in the main Skyrim Folder.
2.Download VoiceMacro from http://www.voicemacro.net/
3.Run VoiceMacro in ADMINISTRATOR MODE
4.Import the Xml in VoiceMacro file with the macros(choose between the version that says "X Spell Equipped" after you equip a spell and the version which doesn't)
5.Train the Windows Speech Recognizer at least 3 times(for improved speech recognition)

6.PROFIT!!!!
