Bat Travel Patch - By Baaleos
Bat Travel originally had conditions in place to only allow it to work in X worldspaces (X being predefined named worldspaces)
This patch extends the condition, to allow any Non Interior area.
Will allow it to work in Cyrodil or in other custom worldspaces.

• The original Bat Travel mod created by Didymus Ei

:: FEATURES Template::
• Allows Cloud of Bats and Bat Travel to function from any non-interior area. (Areas where IsInterior returns 0)
