SUN MAGIC OVERHAUL

This mod alters the sun magic spells from Dawnguard
(Sun Fire, Stendarr's Aura, and Vampire's Bane) to be
effective against all creature types, but do 50% extra
damage against undead creatures.

In addition, the Recovery perk now boosts the power of
sun magic by 25% per rank, much like the destruction
tree's perks.

Finally, magicka cost and skill experience have been
adjusted slightly.
