To Install:

Extract Contents to your Fallout4/Data folder

Proceed to your Documents/My Games/Fallout 4 Folder
Find the [Archive] Section
Replace "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\" With: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\

If you want to uninstall, just simply goto Fallout4/Data/Textures and remove the Armored Coat folder.
