[CDQ] Creatures Die Quietly

'Creatures Die Quietly' is a mod that removes the death screams and yells from the 'mutated'. 

Injured, Staggering and 'Loss of Limbs' sound effects are still included in this Mod however. We will take these out in future upcoming updates if people ask for it.
