Be sure your game is set up properly for mods!

There were a few mods on the nexus that did something similar to this but they
are broken. I am releasing this because if I wanted it there has to be someone else that
wants this as well.

EFFECTS:
	Rank 1: +50 carry weight at all times. Need 3 CHR
	Rank 2: -30% Damage taken at all times. Requires level 17 just like the vanilla perk.
	Rank 3: +25% Weapon/Explosive Damage at all times. Requires level 40.
	
CONFLICTS:
	Any thing that modifies Perk ID's 1d246b, 1d246d ,or 1d246e (Lone Wanderer Perks)
	or AbLoneWandererCarryWeight

INSTALL:
	To install add VeteranWander.esp to your Data/ folder
	you may need to follow the removal process detailed below to have the perks take effect.

REMOVAL:

	in the in game console run...

	player.removeperk 1d246b
	player.removeperk 1d246d
	player.removeperk 1d246e

	save your game then exit and delete VeteranWander.esp from your Data/
	to readd the original Lone Wanderer perks run

	player.addperk <perkid>

	where <perkid> is either 1d246b (rank 1) 1d246b (rank 2) or 1d246e (rank 3)
	or run

	cgf "game.addperkpoints" <int>

	where <int> is the number of perk points to readd to your character.
