Installation:

Unpack the Less Resources for Certain Builds Base Game.esp file into the Fallout 4 data file folder (usually in the C Drive under Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout 4/data).

or use NMM installation.

Uninstall:

Delete file from Fallout 4 data file or use NMM tools to uninstall.
