Spent a couple of hours designing him. I think he came out pretty good, I hope you guys do to!
The character was orginally supposed to be a Melee build/nightbuild(vampire) but you can make it whatever you want

Blade spawns right before the Elevator that leads out of Vault 111 into the wasteland and is already equipped with the following:
Courser Uniform
Sunglasses
Officer Chinese Sword

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:

Place Blade.fos save file where your save files are (Default is My Documents/My Games/Fallout4/Saves).

**If this is your first time playing the game you may have to create the Saves folder**
