My Old Tub - Boat Player Home

ABOUT THIS MOD:

This mod adds a boat to Gibson Point Pier. The Tub is fully decked out with everything
you need for a player home. It does not include a Settlement Workshop, however its possible
in the future I might update this mod to include one when I figure out how to make
that possible.


REQUIRED DLC'S:

None, just Fallout 4

COMPATIBILITY:

This mod should not conflict with any other mod, unless they add/edit area in or around Gibson Point Pier in any way.

KNOWN ISSUES:

The Power Armor rack is only for displaying armor, its in too small of
a space to be fuctional, sorry

INSTALLATION:

(It is recommended to use a mod manager such as Nexus Mod Manager) It will make install/uninstall much easier

Manual Install:

Drag the Data folder into your Fallout 4 folder, on the main menu go to the mods selection
and activate My Old Tub - Fallout 4 Edition


UNINSTALLATION:

Manual Uninstall:

Remove any items you may have stored inside the boat, then make sure you're not
inside the boat and save. Go into data files folder and delete
My Old Tub - Fallout 4 Edition.ESP

Give credit where credit is due. I made this mod entirely on my own. 
So please if you would like to modify anything in this mod,
include my name in the readme as the original creator. You CANNOT modify
this mod to make a profit/income
