*The following is the operations manaul for proper instalation
of the VaultTec radio module into your pip boy.

1. Extract the file entitled "VaultTec Radio.zip"

2. A new folder will generate. It will contain 1 folder, 1 file
	"sound"
	"PersonalRadio.esp"

3. Insert these two files into your VaultTec approved DATA folder
	If your pip boy has been stolen there are no gaurentees 
	that system files will operate safely. It is recomended to
	only use approved VaultTec software.

4. If user cannot properly activate the "PersonalRadio.esp" file,
	VaultTec recomends installing Nexus Mod Manager and 
	activating the modifications via the PLUGINS tab.
	NOTE: Activation is supported however instalation
	through Nexus may cause loss of limb, affinity
	towards communism, and spontanious combustion.
