I reccomend downloading with NMM but, if you are reading this you probably didn't (You naughty person!)

You need to make sure Fallout 4 is ready to overwrite textures. I would try to explain it to you but 
Gopher does it way better

The video is for manually instaling. The main part you have to worry about is editing your ini files.

After that is done all you have to do is drop the "Data" Folder into your F4 Install.
