Ever seen those food planters in Graygarden? Now you can build them in your own settlement.
This means you don't have to have dirt in your settlement to actually get some food.
These can be placed on most even surfaces.

Installation:
Place the .esp file in your Fallout 4/Data folder and activate it using the Plugin Manager.
