*** Features ***
    There are 21 boys and 23 girls that could arrive via the beacon like any other settler
    Adds 11 more variations of children's outfits and 5 hats
    Added 18 posters for kids (see images)
    8 new craftable outfits courtesy of jacknifelee - screenshots & original mod
    Children have a wide variety of hair (thanks to Abbalovesyou's "Hair for Children" mod)
    Children's outfits can now be crafted and the Chemistry lab
    You choose the orphan spawn rate, options are 100%, 50%, 20%, 15%, or 10% children
    Additional option of 100% male or 100% female settlers, with a ratio of 20% children
    The orphans can sleep in sleeping bags, ground mattress' and the double bed.  Use Build all beds for more child friendly options
    The orphans can be traded with and assigned tasks and for the most part, act like full settlers
    Additional outfits can be purchased through random vendors, from suitcases, or taken off dead Raider Children
    There will be additional orphans/merchants in Goodneighbor, Bunkerhill, and Diamond City
	
*** Recommendations & Minor Issues ***
    Children are best for farming or going to school
    To allow the outfits to be crafted I had to make them playable, do not equip them!
    Children's verbal dialog is limited, turn on dialog subtitles to see what they say
    Children will not use Guard posts
    Children may scale to 1 when using a workbench
    Children are immortal without Killable Children

    Better Settlers - Do not use faces only option, load before Orphans
    Don't Call Me Settler - (NOT RECOMMENDED) - Use compatibility patch, create the "Orphans of the Commonwealth" holotape at the Chem-lab to learn about adopting children.  Also, deactive "more settlers" feature as it could screw up the children's voices.)
    Diverse Children -Choose no settler option & load before Orphans.
