Put WPNreload.hkx file in


yourdrive:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\meshes\Actors\Character\_1stPerson\Animations\covertsidearm

If those folders do not exsis you can create new folders and name them and arrange in the order listed above.
