This is a quick edit that enables the debug menu for lockpicking similar to KenMOD - Lockpick Pro.
This debug menu is in the game from the start, i have just enabled the flags for it for all to enjoy.
INSTALL : 
You will need to add the following line to the Fallout4Prefs.ini file below the section marked [Launcher]:
bEnableFileSelection=1

You will need to change the following line in Fallout4.ini:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\

Then extarct the archive into your fallout 4 folder "steamapps\common\Fallout 4" 

UNINSTALL : Delete ""steamapps\common\Fallout 4\DATA\Interface\LockpickingMenu.swf""
