This is my Geshika LooksMenu Preset. 

Install

Extract into your Fallout 4 folder (where the .exe is located).
The .json (preset) file should be found in: 

[InstallDir]:\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Presets
