A simple mod that gets rid of PipBoy radio static in Fallout 4
To Install:

Install with NMM

- or - 

Copy NoRadioStatic.esp to your Fallout 4\data folder and activate the ESP.

To Uninstall:

Deactivate with NMM

- or - 

Delete NoRadioStatic.esp
