Go to My Documents/My Games/Fallout4

Open Fallout4.ini

Change this line
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\

To this
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\,

Save Fallout4.ini

Right click it and set it to read only

Drag and drop the included Textures folder into Fallout4/Data
