Cosmetics Tutorial Reference Mod

This file contains the (not very good) mod that I created during the course of my "Headparts/Cosmetics Tutorial", which
can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UH5rtkGksH0. The mod in this file can be used as a reference/jumping
off point for anyone interested in creating custom Headparts and Cosmetics.

To install, either use a program such as Nexus Mod Manager, or install manually by placing the files and folders from
this file into your Fallout 4 "Data" folder.
