You should install this with a mod manager cause it's easier.

If you don't make sure you've edited the fallout4.ini file to have this bit:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\

Just put the textures folder in your data folder if you're installing this manually, overwrite if asked.
