I did this because although there are some excellent Hangman's Alley blueprints, they were all very busy and crowded. I wanted something more simple. There is minimal wiring to do, as I mostly used oil lamps and wall hydrants.  There is lots of room for adding more stuff if you want. 

Required mods are on screenshot,but you should be ok without MsRae_Horticulture and skey_moreguardposts_en.esp  Those are cosmetic.
