Minimal Abernathy Farm.I have not touched the farmhouse at all or the crops. There is room on the barn veranda for 2 vendor stalls and 1 on the small shack. Fully fenced. Lots of water, 2 access doors for provisioners, and decent defence. I have kept the wiring to a minimum. Still loads of room for building your own stuff.  

Only has 2 mods, only the turrets are essential. Blake Abernathy is growing cannabis, but you may not want him to ).
