Fixes the scope for pipe and hunting rifles ( probably more ).

INSTALLATION:
place in \Fallout4\Data\

to make changes display, you have to overwrite some archive files:
edit Fallout4.ini, found in \Documents\My Games\Fallout4
append INTERFACE\ to sResourceDataDirsFinal

no .esp because i'm clueless
