X-01 Flashlight Reposition

This mod changes the area of the first-person perspective lit up by Castell's
X-01 Flashlight Remove mod. My eyes tend to rest on the lower half of my screen
and as such I found that the default position of the headlights to be distracting
or restrictive. The area of the screen lit by the headlights now has been moved
lower to light up more of the area in front of your feet.
