WARNING: DO NOT ENABLE THIS MOD UNTIL YOU COMPLETE "NUCLEAR FAMILY" QUEST. If you do, your game will be totally screwed up. 
Once you become Institute's director it is totally safe to enable. 

Optional file "Lowered Shutters" allows you some privacy by lowering metal shutters. 
Please put INSTITUTE QUARTERS REDEFINED as the last to load. If you do not, all of the default object in the directors quarters will be present as well creating godawful mess (if any of your other mods change anything Institute Concourse)
