Not much to put in here everything is on the mod page, and it's a pretty simple mod all together.

Just in case you haven't for some reason, make sure to invalidate your archive,
just google "fallout 4 archive invalidation Gopher", it'll come up, trust me. Watch that,
actually just watch all of his modding stuff/tutorials, it's pretty great work.

If your installing it manually just drag everything into your data folder.

If your using NMM or some type of manager then just download and install.

If you want the PSD or XCF files, download the zip and your good to go.
