Whistles, Far Harbor 
This Mod adds cut content back into the game, and tweeks it to work for Far Harbor
The whistle is by the cash register in the bar where you greet Longfellow, "The Last Plank".
This aid objects will set the player in the command state, so you tell him to go hear and pick up that, Open doors,exc.
You do not have to have him as a companion but you must be in the same cell.
This is not the teleport to me version.
