::REQUIREMENTS::
• Fallout 4 up to date
• No other mods edit the location's cell

::FEATURES::
• Makes Coast Guard Pier a settlement location
• Cleans up building, parking lot, and vertibird pad
• Removes all supermutant objects (Meatbags, poles, etc)
• Adds stairs to the third floor
• Removes fallen floors to the third floor and roof
• All loot and quest items left as is
