Ok first off 
let me be clear about this, I do not get it
about these Burnt Books and Burnt Comics and BUrnt Magazines
you can't scrap them all you can do with these just store them
in your workshop. Now you do not half to worry about that so now i took care
of those unusable Burnt Books & Burnt Comics & Burnt Magazines

now you can enjoy your game play with out these pain of but objects.
I know i did oh yes do not worry about it
Compatiblility becuase it works on all Dlc and full game.
