EX-001 "Calculated assault" - Improved VATS hit chance, 25% less Action Point cost. - Collector road northeast of Mass Pike Interchange, inside car.
EX-002 "Blitz Procedure" - 55% faster movement while aiming. - North-West of College Square. Up on the highway near the lift. Outside red trailer.
EX-003 "Maximum loads" - 15% damage and limb damage, but has more recoil. - Road East of Parson's State Asylum. Past the Gunner base, inside a truck trailer. 
EX-004 "Rabbit's Foot" - Critical shots do +0.5 damage and the critical meter fills 15% faster. - South-East of Saugus Ironworks in the river by the red trailer.
EX-005 "Surgical strike" - Ignores 30% of the target's damage and energy resistance. - Sentinel Site interior. In the flooded room through one of the side paths in the level.
EX-006 "Decisive shot" - If you are not yet in combat, increases VATS accuracy but costs more AP. - In the water underneath the broken highway North West of Weston Water Treatment. 
EX-007 "Triple tap" - Slightly increased damage after each consecutive hit on the same target. - West of Outpost Zimonja, in a green truck near where you can get up on to the highway.
