just drop the files inside the unsnapper folder into the fallout 4 directory,
Inside Your Steam Folder, The one With The Fallout 4 Executable, Then Use The Console Commands;

bat unsnap
and
bat snap 

I know this Easily be can be done with The Standard console commands, but this is just alot easier.
