::: NAC X - Frost Compatibility Patch :::

This plugin allows NAC X weathers to behave the same way as FROST weathers.

Without this compatibility patch, using NAC X with FROST will break gameplay by making the surface non-irradiated. As a result FROST gas masks would no longer be needed, ruining immersion.

In this patch, I have made necessary xEdits so that NAC X weathers will have the same magic effects (aka radiation) as matching weathers from FROST. These effects are a part of FROST and so Frost.esp is a necessary master.
