Imperial Jetpack Mod

Initial jetpack jump will get you twice as high at around the same timespan of a normal (peasant) jetpack thrust, decending stays at the same speed (due to FO4Edit limitations, will update as soon as it does).

I made this as I wanted a boosted jetpack experience without beeing put in orbit like with other mods (since im a big fan of Warhammer 40k series and rekking stuff with jetpacks FOR DA EMPRA is my jam).

Open to suggestions, this is an acceptance test file.
