1.  Description: Conversion of REB85's NKVD knife to a game asset.

2.  Weapons.  The NKVD Knife from the Nexus resource 'NKVD KNIFE'  (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/51383) by REB85.

A classic collectors item richly engraved and designed to inflict righteous damage on the capitalist pigs in our midst.

3. Mods:  Three enhanced blades may be added to the weapon at the 'Weapons Station'.  Each blade will greatly increase the damage potential of the knife.

4. Constructible Weapons:  The base weapon may be built at the Chem Station under the category NKVD.  Additionally 3 versions of the knife may be constructed at the chem station as long as have the original as a template.

5. Container:  The item must be made at the chem station, it requires Blacksmith1 to do this plus a few ingrediants.

6. Plans & Issues: will tweak the look and performance based on user feedback.
