- remove all visual of Leather/Metal-straps (Armor-AddOns)
- Raiders still remain the same
- Hoarder! double Carry Weight Base and Multiplier


USE
- add NoStrapsPlease.esp to ..AppData\Local\Fallout4\plugins.txt then make it READ-ONLY; or whatever tools that can add a plugins/mods
